MILWAUKEE Bader Rutter CEO Greg Nickerson is the newest member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee (GMC).

The GMC is composed of 200 passionate CEOs and other community leaders who work together to make Milwaukee the best place to live, learn, work, play and stay. The GMC convenes and collaborates with other organizations and groups in the community to create new ideas and implement solutions to advance economic prosperity, innovation and talent, and creative placemaking in Milwaukee.

Bader Rutter recently relocated its headquarters and 240 employees from Brookfield to downtown Milwaukee. The agency’s new space fosters creativity and collaboration with an open office concept and spaces that open onto Milwaukee’s iconic Riverwalk.

“With a new home in the heart of Milwaukee, joining GMC allows me to collaborate with the Milwaukee community and contribute to its renaissance with Bader Rutter’s business and talent. I look forward to supporting the GMC’s initiatives to provide positive change to southeastern Wisconsin,” said Nickerson.

Founded in the late 1940s, the GMC’s early projects include the public museum and the Milwaukee County Zoo. More recently, the GMC has taken on more complex societal issues such as education, talent development and retention, and spurring economic growth, including the co-founding of The Water Council and M7.
