Senator Ron Johnson blames McCain’s brain tumor for “no” vote on GOP’s failed ACA repeal

MADISON —  Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) said today that Senator John McCain‘s (R-AZ) brain tumor may have caused him to vote “no” on legislation to repeal the Affordable Care Act.
