St. Patrick’s Day Parade Turns 50
Green beer, green gear and green cheer will enliven Downtown on Saturday afternoon.
The Shamrock Club of Wisconsin will kick off their 50th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade tomorrow at noon. Starting at the corner of N. 3rd St. and E. Wisconsin Ave., the parade route winds through Westown before ending in East Town on N. Water St. Participants and spectators will be donning their green clothing and drinking their share of green beer, or any beer for that matter.
To get in the mood, check our photos from last year, of everything from politicians and marching bands to Irish dancers and the Whacky Wheeler.
