WAUSAU, WI – The Tom Tiffany for Governor campaign released a new ad today highlighting how David Crowley‘s tax-and-spend agenda will make life even more expensive for Wisconsin families.

The ad contrasts the rising costs Wisconsinites are already facing with Crowley’s support for higher property taxes, income taxes, and sales taxes. It also highlights his recent admission during the gubernatorial debate that he supports toll roads across Wisconsin and increased transportation fees.

“Wisconsin families are already struggling to make ends meet, and David Crowley wants to take even more money out of their pockets,” said Tom Tiffany. “Higher income taxes, higher property taxes, higher sales taxes, and now David Crowley supports charging you tolls to drive on Wisconsin roads. David Crowley sees every paycheck, every purchase, and every drive as another opportunity to collect more of your hard-earned money.”

While Crowley supports higher taxes and fees, Tom Tiffany has proposed cutting income taxes by 10% for working families, ending the 400-year property tax hike, eliminating state income taxes on tips and overtime, and returning the $3 billion surplus to taxpayers.

The new ad, titled “Imagine,” can be viewed here.
