Check out Emperor’s fried squid appetizer: calamari tossed in garlic and cilantro with pickled ginger– absolutely the best fried garlicy squid I have EVER encountered at any restaurant ANYWHERE! When visiting Chinese restaurants in other cities, I try their fried calamari, and truely, nothing compares, especially since I love that combination of garlic, cilantro and calamari!
