Wasn’t there a lesson 15 years ago about “cladding buildings in massive concrete panels”?
Do you mean the panel that fell killing one and injuring another during Walker’s stint as county exec. That was when Walker cut funding for Milwaukee County parks resulting in massive, deferred maintenance including the concrete panels of the O’Donnell parking structure. I believe the lesson learned is that deferred maintenance leads to disasters.
