A map of routine field sampling stations where the Cuhel-Aguilar Lab plumbs the depths from aboard the R/V Neeskay. Because they have sampled the same sites over the decades, the long-term dataset allows the scientists to discern patterns and also detect variations. Sampling locations range from the Milwaukee River near the Milwaukee Public Market, throughout the Inner and Outer Harbors, and into the open waters of Lake Michigan eastward for over three nautical miles near the shipwreck of the Prins Willem V.
