Cool, now make a TIF from it and narrow the North Ave freeway outside it’s doors. E North Ave on the other side of the river is planned to get some love, keep it going!

I think this is all great! I believe there should be a big article explaining Affordable Housing. I know too many people who are afraid of Affordable Housing. I believe it should be in every community but we have to sell it!
