Looks like Janowiec, Krsnak, Shaikh, and Socha are really doing yeoman’s duty here! Hats off to them for a very challenging project or–should I say–suite of projects! Not to take anything away from the Bucks and the emerging Deer District, but it’s one thing to start with a near blank slate and rebuild from the ground up; quite another to reimagine (and sell!) a new concept for an area with a history, preconceptions, and challenges. Their creativity in designing the Market Hall is wonderful–near breathtaking!
Although I’m the kind of guy who would be totally happy a 360-degree bar and a better than average manhattan, I love what they are doing to recreate an entire neighborhood. Let’s see what Socha has in store for 2nd Street… 🙂
