    Yes. Yes. Yes. Great use for this space and the building is gorgeous. Glad to see someone taking the redevelopment on.

    Regretfully the remainder of that block is an ugly mix of surface parking and a city owned parking structure. The latter is leased (for now anyway) to Johnson Controls.

    Hopefully the Central Standard and other neighborhood developments will make the surface parking lot parcels attractive for development.
