And of course it is a living building, right? all electric heat and cooling, right? windows that open? No, no mention of the most important issue. I hope they get it built in time for someone to occupy it before it becomes useless! Well, maybe this and the Convention Expansion are going to be great places to house the climate refugees -if they can manage the extreme heat and cold.
