Image number 6 is the Clara A and Carl A Miller residence. Carl Miller had a booming lumber and real estate business, Clara was the daughter of Frederick J Miller founder of the Miller Brewing Company. It was their only son Frederick Charles Miller who would go on to head the Miller Brewing Co from 1947-1954 overseeing the expansion of the brewery from 21st to 7th place within 5 short years going from 800,000 barrels to 3 million barrels. This was only with the Milwaukee brewery and only ONE brand Miller High Life.
Wish it has a sidewalk in the median for a different pedestrian view. Comm Ave. in Boston’s Back Bay has one and it’s a great urban walk.
