This week on City Beat, the weekly podcast from Urban Milwaukee, host Jeramey Jannene talks with developer Juli Kaufmann about the multitude of projects she’s executed in the past ten years, including the Sherman Phoenix, Cream City Hostel, Wally Schmidt Tavern and Clock Shadow Building.

Kaufmann explains how she finds her co-developers, raises money and identifies future projects. She also tries to convince us she’s retiring.
