He has Polish sausages made just for the bar. They are small batch and sometimes they are hot and other times they are FREAKING HOT! I love this place so thanks for the write up Mike. I need to get back and see if he still has the nitro hot horseradish mustard behind the bar!
He’s also a huge dog lover so by nature a good guy. Always eager to show you his super friendly rottweilers back in the day. Now I’m hungry.
Must go to see the old photos and memorabilia, and to taste the food! Great article, Michael Horne!
