The exterior of this building is turning out nicer than I would have expected given the lack of review.

Also curious why there is no email sharing option among the sharing functions of the Urban Milwaukee website. I see all the social sharing options, but no email option.

The facade is tasteful enough, if dull. The ground-level pedestrian interface is pretty bad, dominated by a garage door and without any detailing of interest. Hopefully it will be hidden behind landscaping, at least.
