    As I Look at the picture I wonder……..How will the top floor tenants deal with the flames shooting out of their windows?

  2. Dave Reid says:

    @reader I’ve just updated the rendering… I don’t think that will be a problem:)

    boy, did that thing get value engineered. You should show the rendering for the previous design. How mediocre.

    @Reader, well played.

    My wife and I toured Sage on Jackson a few months ago during an open house and were extremely impressed: if we were staying in Milwaukee, we’d be moving into one of the Sage projects as soon as timing and availability allowed. We’re part of the “favorite demographic” he mentioned—in our 50s but not currently interested in home ownership.

    Sage apartments rent for less than our current place at City Green, and look like nicer places to live, with the superior insulation and wood floors. Major utilities included is an added bonus. It’s hard to believe O’Connor is the only one building this way in Milwaukee.

  6. Norm Terapak says:

    O’Connor is the only one building this way because he is not in it for the immediate gratification of profit margin. He is not a “greenwasher” throwing in a few green upgrades but is doing the whole package. It takes vision and courage to go the whole green mile. Anyone renting at this price point should explore this lifestyle!
