Jonathan West has been involved in community theatre for years. He got his start with “Bialystock & Bloom,” one of my favorite theatre companies in this fine city, and now works as the Managing Director at Sunset Playhouse.

Sunset Playhouse, located in Elm Grove, has been busy. They recently concluded a production of “Arsenic and Old Lace,” and upcoming productions include “Prelude to a Kiss” and “Annie.”

West emphasizes a true sense of community at Sunset Playhouse, and that providing that sense of community in local theatre has long been his passion. West has been the managing director at the Sunset Playhouse for the past three years and has managed to put together a wealth of productions already, along with an impressive schedule for the coming year.
