WMSE’s Local/Live Kicks Off Summer Concert Series with Jaill

Broadcasting from Club Garibaldi on Tuesday, June 9

By - Jun 4th, 2015 10:38 am

Tune in to 91.7FM’s Local/Live at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, or stop by Club Garibaldi, at 5:30 p.m. for an incredible live radio experience with Jaill. Described by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel as “jangle-pop,” their first single “Got An F” was called “an academic power-fueled jam” by Austin’s AV Club, WMSE is thrilled to have Jaill kick-off its summer concert series at Club Garibaldi, 2501 S. Superior Street.

WMSE’s Music Director Erin Wolf and The Milwaukee Record’s Matt Wild will host the live radio segment and show where fans and attendees are encouraged to participate in the interview with their own questions.   Jaill will perform songs from their upcoming release, Brain Cream, along with old favorites in between interview questions. Once Local / Live is finished, the band will give fans an additional 30-minute set of live music.

This will be a terrific night of music and fun for WMSE listeners and local music fans. Be there, live, at Club Garibaldi or simply stream at WMSE.org or tune in to 91.7FM WMSE at 6 p.m.

This is a free, 21+ event.
