The Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum, 2220 N. Terrace Avenue, Milwaukee, is pleased to announce novelist Paul Salsini’s appearance on Wednesday, December 5, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Paul will speak about the process of writing fiction. He is the author of three historical novels that make up a "Tuscan Trilogy" as well as a collection of short stories, all set in the region of Tuscany where his father and maternal grandparents were born. Salsini will read from each of his four novels, as well as present his new Christmas children’s book, Stefano and the Christmas Miracles.
Salsini worked for the Milwaukee Journal for 37 years and was its writing coach. He was the Wisconsin correspondent for the New York Times from 1964 to 1985 and his travel essays have appeared in the Times and elsewhere. He now teaches writing courses at Marquette University.
