Building was demolished following a fire that occurred on Jan. 12, 1991.

The apartment building was originally known as Norman Flats and included 28 units.

According to research from OldMilwaukee.net the building was “A five story brick building with 26 apartments on the upper floors and stores on the ground floor. It cost $70,000 and was built for H L Hutchinson of San Francisco. The building dimensions were 112×100-ft and in January 1991 it was destroyed by fire.”
