The project will be constructed in two stages with will have closures impacting State Street. There will be new signals installed late in 2020 to complete this project which will include the placement of monotubes for the new signals.
A detour route will be marked during the various stages to allow motorist to get around the construction zone. Some lane closures will be needed when the new signals are installed.
