WHEDA’s Stuart Kuzik begins new role as Director of Business and Community Engagement
Kuzik’s promotion is effective immediately.
MADISON – The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) has promoted staffer Stuart Kuzik to Director of WHEDA’s Business and Community Engagement Group. Kuzik’s team focuses on growing economic development lending activity as well as promoting financing products and tools to support WHEDA’s multifamily housing financing activity.
“Stuart has more than 11 years of experience as a tenured financial professional with responsibilities in commercial lending, sales, leadership, and real estate,” said WHEDA Executive Director Wyman Winston. “Stuart’s comprehensive background in commercial lending and relationship building will be an asset in his new role. He will be responsible for creating new products and expanding the Business and Community Engagement Group. And, he will spearhead WHEDA’s efforts to attract new sources of capital through establishing strategic alliances with local and national foundations.”
