Westbound I-94 lane closure at Maple Road in Waukesha

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is advising motorists that westbound I-94 have a right lane closure for emergency repairs to the shoulder. Waukesha County crews will make the needed repairs and are anticipating having the roadway reopened in early afternoon.

Crews will close off the right lane to allow workers and equipment to stage to make the repairs to the shoulder. There is no detour posted. Delays are expected due to the closure. Motorists are encouraged to consider alternate routes to avoid the area over until the lane is reopened.
