Wangard Partners has added the national and international expertise of Jerry Piro to its development division. Jerry, who has strong roots in the upper Midwest, has joined the staff and will lead development, design and construction for the company.
Jerry brings over 30 years of national and international office, hospitality and multifamily development experience to Wangard Partners and has led over ten billion dollars’ worth of developments globally for companies such as: Wyndham Worldwide, Gaylord Hotels, and The Trump Organization.
Jerry has joined the team just as the award-winning 1433 North Water Street and Milwaukee Tool’s Headquarters expansion projects complete.
After earning his Bachelor and Master Degrees in Architecture and Construction Management from the University of Illinois, with postgraduate education in Real Estate and Finance, he built a solid reputation as a leading office expert while working for Equity Office Proprieties Trust. He is also a member of NAIOP and AIA.
