Urban Inspiration, Organic Elegance Define 2025 CREO Student Fashion Show

MILWAUKEE (April 29, 2025) – Creativity and innovation will take center stage at the CREO: Urban Oasis Student Fashion Show, happening on Friday, May 9 at Mount Mary University.

This year’s event combines organic and industrial inspiration into cutting-edge creations. Highlights include experimental “zero-waste” and collaborative projects with Wisconsin Sea Grant, an organization dedicated to eliminating plastic waste from waterways.

The show will also feature winners of the annual Uniquely Yours contest, which challenges high school students to creatively “upcycle” materials into runway-ready garments.

The 2025 CREO: Urban Oasis Student Fashion Show will take place at 1, 5 and 7:30 p.m. on Friday, May 9, in the Alumnae Dining Room of Bergstrom Hall on the Mount Mary campus.
