Update: Death Following Incident at Milwaukee County Jail

The individual involved in this incident, 38-year-old Joseph Behling, was pronounced deceased at 5:52 p.m. on Friday, November 27. The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department continues to conduct an independent external investigation into this incident.
