Pavement repair work is going to take place today to address pavement failures in the southbound lanes of US 45 at Center Street. The work is expected to begin close to 9 AM and is likely to last until 2 PM. Traffic delays are expected to develop.
The left and center lanes will be closed along with the southbound on-ramp at Burleigh. Crews will be working on the center lane to repair the deteriorated pavement. Additional work at a later date may be needed to complete repairs to the roadway in this area.
If additional work is required, updated releases will be sent out. As always, use of the 511wi.gov website will help provide traffic information.
