Office & Industrial

Two 23 LLC purchased the Ziegler Candy Building at 223 N Water Street in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward for $1,930,000. Scott Revolinski, Patti Stevens and Hakan Hare represented the Seller, Demco Wisconsin 5 LLC.

Precision Appraisal RE Consultants LLC leased 870 SF at 201 E Main Street in Reedsburg, WI. Bob Flood and John Davis represented the Landlord, BL-Branch Group One LLC.

Old Republic Surety Company leased 2,078 SF at Brookfield Lakes X located at 18650 W Corporate Drive in Brookfield. Patti Stevens and John Davis represented the Landlord, Corporate 186 LLC.

International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees renewed its 1,325 SF at Riverfront Plaza located at 1110 N Old World Third Street in Milwaukee. Jenna Maguire and Jeanine Sweeney represented the Landlord, Andover Portland Avenue Associates.

Revitalize Milwaukee, Inc. has leased 2,700 SF at the Charlton Building located at 840 N Old World Third Street in Milwaukee. Jeanine Sweeney represented the Landlord, 840 N Old World Third Street LLC, and Patti Stevens & Scott Revolinski represented the Tenant.

Dr. Kirsten O’Quinn leased 1,582 SF at Fountain Square located at W177 N9886 Rivercrest Drive in Germantown, WI. Jeanine Sweeney represented the Landlord, Fountain Square LLC.

Tribe 9 Foods purchased the 18,789 SF Industrial Facility at 2558 Advance Road in Madison, WI for $875,000. Andy Hess represented the Buyer.

Tribe 9 Foods purchased the 77,801 SF Industrial Facility at 2901 Progress Road in Madison, WI for $4,452,189. Andy Hess represented the Buyer and Scott Revolinski represented the Seller, 2901 Progress LLC.

Retail

Kyle Skarr and Jay Blom represented AppleTree Credit Union in leasing 1,021 SF at Qdoba Silvernail Plaza (1890 Meadow Lane) in Waukesha from Pranke Holding, LLC, who were represented by Derek Pranke and Tom Treder.
