Third Space Innovation Brewhouse Coming to Menomonee Falls Summer 2024
Milwaukee, Wisc. – April 29, 2024 — Third Space Brewing is excited to share renderings of its Innovation Brewhouse coming to the corner of Good Hope Road and Appleton Avenue in Menomonee Falls. The project remains on pace for its targeted opening of June 2024, with plans for a Grand Opening event to take place later in the summer.
Initially focusing on happy hour, dinner, and evening service, the Innovation Brewhouse plans to expand hours and offer lunch in the future. The space includes a large bar area with a beautiful wrap-around bar designed by Three Sixty, that includes two TVs and another 3 TVs located in the dining area and outdoor patio for sports lovers. The spacious dining area includes a garage door that opens out to the large patio and common area space with a built-in fire pit and stage area.
“It’s a beautiful space that we hope will become a new “third space” for people in the area looking to connect with old friends and new friends over great beer, great food, and great conversation” reported Andy Gehl, Third Space Brewing’s Co-Founder & President.
Key hires have already been made, including a Head Chef and Restaurant Manager. Third Space Brewing will begin the hiring process for part-time front-of-house and back-of-house staff in early May.
Renderings of the space and a few photos showing construction progress are attached.
