The Bartolotta Restaurants Proudly Announces Three Internal General Manager Promotions
Award-winning restaurant and catering group celebrates new leadership at Harbor House, Bacchus – A Bartolotta Restaurant, and Joey Gerard’s – A Bartolotta Supper Club
MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN – The Bartolotta Restaurants, the premier restaurant and catering group in the Greater Milwaukee region, is announcing the appointment of new leadership at Harbor House, Bacchus – A Bartolotta Restaurant, and Joey Gerard’s – A Bartolotta Supper Club. In continuing its 30-year tradition of nurturing and advancing talent within its ranks, the company has elevated longtime, internal leaders to helm its acclaimed and award-winning restaurants.
Samantha Lyons has been promoted to General Manager of Harbor House. A Milwaukee native who got her start with the company as a bartender at Harbor House in 2015, she previously served as a manager of North Point Custard, line cook and server at The Rumpus Room – A Bartolotta Gastropub, manager and later Assistant General Manager of Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro, and most recently as Assistant General Manager of Harbor House.
Sara Maciolek has been promoted to General Manager at Joey Gerard’s – A Bartolotta Supper Club. Sara grew up in Pennsylvania and began working in restaurants when she was in high school. In 2016 she moved to Milwaukee with her husband and was hired at Harbor House as a manager. She was promoted to Assistant General Manager at Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro in 2018. After leaving to explore other opportunities, she returned in 2021 to her most recent role as Manager at Harbor House.
Christopher Wolf has been promoted to General Manager at Bacchus – A Bartolotta Restaurant. Christopher grew up in Richfield, Wisconsin, and started with The Bartolotta Restaurants at Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro as a server in 2016. He was certified as a Sommelier in 2019 and, after a brief hiatus, returned to The Bartolotta Restaurants in 2021 where he has since been serving as the Assistant General Manager and Sommelier for Bacchus – A Bartolotta Restaurant.
