Wauwatosa, WI — (August 11, 2017) Altius Building Company is excited to announce the “topping out” of The 2100 Urban Residence, located at 2100 North Mayfair Road.
On August 7, 2017, and after eight months of construction, the roof at the Urban Residence was installed on schedule. J.E Hoffman Management and AG Architecture spearheaded these 97 unit residential luxury apartments. Once complete the development will include two floors of underground parking, top of the line finishes, and tall ceilings with sun filled rooms. Many of the homes will offer exceptional direct views of the Milwaukee city skyline.

Pictured on the roof are representatives from the crews that made it all happen; Altius Building Company, Bob Anderson Builders, NSI Electric, Blair Fire Protection, Joe Debelak Plumbing, Droegkamp Heating and Cooling, and Paul Crandall and Associates. These teams have all been instrumental in accomplishing project milestones and exceeding expectations concerning budget and schedule. Altius Building Company coordinated the photo event to show gratitude for the arduous work of all involved.
