The leadership transition comes as TEMPO advances the next phase of its 2026–2029 strategic plan, deepening its commitment to engagement, value, advocacy and impact.

Ana Simpson, CEO of Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast, continues as Board Chair for the 2026-2027 term. Board Leadership Positions and New Elections

“Ana has continued to be an exceptional leader for TEMPO, and we are thrilled to welcome Tammy Belton-Davis as Chair Elect alongside a strong slate of officers and directors who are deeply committed to our mission,” said Jennifer Dirks, President and CEO of TEMPO. “This board reflects the caliber of leadership that has defined TEMPO for more than 50 years — women who show up, lead boldly, and invest in the next generation.”

“These women have given so generously of their time, expertise, and energy during a transformational period for our organization, and their impact will be felt for years to come,” added Dirks.
