Suspect Criminally Charged in Connection to the Homicide of 1-year-old Boy
MILWAUKEE, WI – On Thursday, October 7, 2021, the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office issued criminal charges against Antonio A. Homan in connection to the homicide of a 1-year-old boy. The incident occurred on September 30, 2021, on the 2900 block of N. 67th Street. The victim became unresponsive and was taken to the hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries. It was determined that the victim’s injuries were caused by blunt force trauma. Homan was arrested for suspicion of child abuse. The victim later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital on October 4, 2021.
Homan was charged with one count of First-Degree Reckless Homicide. If convicted, he could face up to 60 years in prison.
