Suspect arrested in connection with the shooting of Milwaukee Police Officers
MILWAUKEE, WI— On Friday, June 27, 2025, at 2:15 A.M., members of the Milwaukee Police Department apprehended the suspect wanted in connection with the shooting of two of our Milwaukee Police Officers, which occurred last night on the 2200 block of North 24th Place.
The suspect was arrested without incident, and criminal charges will be presented to the Milwaukee District Attorney’s office in the upcoming days.
Thank you to our law enforcement partners who assisted us in taking the suspect into custody. As a stark reminder, the Milwaukee Police Department will not tolerate harm to our community or our officers. Individuals inflicting harm against the public and our officers will be held accountable.
While both officers are still being treated for their injuries, we ask that your thoughts and prayers be with them.
