Superior Roll Off, Inc. leased 5,366 SF at 5024-5040 N. 35th Street in Milwaukee, WI. Joe Carollo, Brett Deter and Scott Revolinski represented the Landlord, 5300 North 33rd Street LLC.

Arker Configuration leased 7,680 SF at 9630-9638 West Flagg Avenue in Milwaukee, WI from Megal Development Corporation. Brett Deter and Scott Revolinski represented the Tenant on this transaction.

Madisen Maher Architects renewed its 2,054 SF at the Timbers building located at 700 W. Virginia Street within the Tannery Business Complex.  Scott Revolinski and Ned Purtell represented the Landlord, SARA Investment Real Estate and Patti Stevens represented the Tenant.


Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. leased 2,520 SF at the New Development located at the SWC of Moorland Rd. and Hackberry Ln., in Brookfield, WI. Tom Treder and Jon Thoresen brokered the transaction.

Elegant Nails leased 1,600 SF at the Qdoba Plaza in Oconomowoc, WI. Tom Treder and Jay Blom represented the Landlord, PH Oconomowoc II LLC.
