Statement on DOJ’s John Doe Report

"Democrats must now accept the fact that Republicans were right."

By - Dec 7th, 2017 12:41 pm

Madison…Assembly Speaker Robin Vos (R-Rochester) issued the following statement concerning the revealing report from the Wisconsin Attorney General Brad Schimel on violations of the John Doe Secrecy orders.

“This report confirms what Republicans have known to be true for years. The Government Accountability Board staff acted as though they were above the law. We have a mountain of evidence that clearly shows an abuse of power for partisan purposes.

“Democrats must now accept the fact that Republicans were right. The GAB was not a model for the country. It was a rogue agency where partisan behavior ran rampant and went completely unchecked.

“The GAB will go down in Wisconsin history as a failed experiment. The secret, unconstitutional John Doe investigations will be remembered for their blatant breach of personal information and the silencing of free speech. Thankfully, the GAB and John Doe investigations are history and this threat to democracy in Wisconsin is behind us.”

    Robin Vos is a charlatan.
We all know what really happened and he and the rest of the GOP should be dumped in the 2018 elections.

  2. will says:

Robin lying Voss is still working on taking away open government. Voss lies like I breath. Voss is bought and paid for just like the rest of the GOP. GOP are told how to vote and think or they will be ousted by big money from international companies. They are all owned now.
