The South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center (SMPAC) announces its 12th annual fundraiser, Bet on the Arts! on Saturday, March 23 at 7 pm.  The South Milwaukee Performing Arts Council is hosting the event, which is sponsored by Classic Cargo International, Inc. “You can bet on the arts to make a positive impact in the community and South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center does just that,” says Dal Drummer, president of the South Milwaukee Performing Arts Council. “The purpose of Bet on the Arts! Is to bring all kinds of people together in support of the arts, have fun and raise the funds necessary to continue providing the programming and services that enrich our community.” he adds.

Bet on the Arts! will feature professional casino style games (for entertainment purposes only) with raffles for prizes donated by the SMPAC Council and many other organizations. Try your hand at craps, roulette, poker and black jack to earn chances to win prizes such as an Indoor/Outdoor Grilling Package, 42” HDMI TV, Tabletop Jukebox, City of Festivals Package, Night on the Town Package and much more. The event will take place at the South Milwaukee Knights of Columbus, 732 Badger Avenue in South Milwaukee. Festivities will begin at 7 p.m. Tickets are $40 each or $75/pair in advance and may be purchased at www.southmilwaukeepac.org or at the door for $5 more per ticket.
