Shake off Cabin Fever and Celebrate with your Sweetheart at MOTOR™ this February

MILWAUKEE (Feb. 14, 2019) – MOTOR® Bar & Restaurant, located on the Harley-Davidson Museum® campus, is welcoming the month of love with a newly refreshed menu, in addition to an official Mama Tried Pre-Party on Thursday, Feb. 14. Guests are encouraged to ride on down in their best polyester and corduroy for this decidedly ’70s-style affair and try new entrees, from dry-rubbed wings to over-the-top sandwiches and more.

Mama Tried Bike Night

This Valentine’s Day, party with shovelheads and sweethearts at the Mama Tried Bike Night from 5 to 9 p.m. A Boonie Bike Showdown will light up the track as you rock the night away with ’70s beats curated by True Skool DJ. Before riding off, check out festive photo ops, fun games or the ultimate souvenir, a couples or solo tattoo by Horseshoe Tattoo.

New menu items include:

Wings

Caribbean Jerk: The flavors of the Caribbean arrive to Milwaukee in one pound of house wings coated with a combination of cinnamon and spicy seasoning.

Cajun: Devour one pound of house wings dry-rubbed in traditional Cajun seasoning and grill-finished for a one-of-a-kind flavor.

Sweet Barbecue: One pound of house wings mingle with brown sugar and classic barbecue seasonings to create a sweet, savory flavor.

Sandwiches

MOTOR Cuban: MOTOR’s version of the classic Cuban piles ham, pulled pork, Swiss cheese and pickle chips on a French roll with a homemade Carolina mustard sauce.

Chicken Avocado Club: For the avocado fans, tear into grilled chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese and bacon, finished with a drizzle of homemade ranch dressing and avocado on nine-grain panini bread.

Monster Burger: Pulled pork, barbecue sauce, jicama slaw and onion strings rest atop an eight-ounce, hand-packed patty served on a brioche bun with lettuce and tomato.

Mother-load Burger: A tasty burger and smoky barbecue collide in this over-the-top concoction that stacks brisket, pulled pork and hot links on top of an eight-ounce, hand-packed patty.

Smoked Tri-tip: Dig into Smoked Tri-tip prepared in your choice of two equally delicious ways, either on Texas toast or sliced thin on a ciabatta bun with lettuce, tomato, onion and cheddar cheese.

Desserts

Cheesecake Brûlée: Treat yourself to a generous slice of New York-style cheesecake that’s sprinkled with sugar and then torched around the outside for a crunchy finish.

Burger of the Month

50/50 Burger: Part bacon, part ground beef, the 50/50 Burger is the best of both worlds. Enjoy an eight-ounce, hand-packed patty with melted Swiss cheese and a balsamic-grilled Portobello mushroom served on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and French fries.

Wing of the Month

Carolina Wings: Inspired by classic, Carolina-style barbecue, chefs toss one pound of house wings in a sharp vinegar mustard sauce.

Special of the Month

Meatball Sub: Beef meatballs smothered in a homemade marinara sauce topped with provolone cheese and served on a French roll – what more could you ask for?

Beers of the Month

Third Space Happy Place: Tastes of citrus, stone fruit, berries and passion fruit meet with bright hop aromas in this flavor-filled, yet deftly balanced, hoppy pale ale.

Third Space Upward Spiral: A true, West Coast pale ale, Upward Spiral features intense hop aromas, plus tangerine, tropical fruit, pine and grapefruit flavors.

Third Space Unite the Clans: Cara-rye malt and Fuggles, a classic hop from the British Isles, provide this Scottish ale with an underlying spiciness, toffee notes and bready complexity.

Cocktail of the Month

Cherry Cocoa: Adults looking for a reprieve from the cold can warm themselves up with a homemade hot chocolate spiked with Jim Beam Red Stag, bourbon laced with black cherry liqueur.
