SARA Investment Real Estate purchases Wauwatosa, Wis. office building

Current tenants include Corix Infrastructure, Scottish Rite and Make-a-Wish.

Wauwatosa, Wis. (November 20, 2019) – SARA Investment Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate investment firm, has closed on the purchase of a 49,061-square-foot office building at 11020 W. Plank Court in Wauwatosa, Wis.

“We are excited to acquire another quality asset for our investors,”said Christina Podoll Ballweg, vice president of investor relations at SARA Investment Real Estate.“The Plank Court office building provided the opportunity to acquire a quality asset with positive cash flow in the Milwaukee market.”

Current tenants include Corix Infrastructure, Scottish Rite and Make-a-Wish. SARA expects to add additional value by reinvesting the current cashflow into lease-up efforts as the building isn’t fully occupied.

“We are always excited to add another property to our Milwaukee portfolio,”said Ben Adank, vice president of business development at SARA. “Plank Court is another great example of what makes Milwaukee and its submarkets a great place to deploy capital.”
