“This ruling cleans up the process, and if WEC puts aside political games by issuing sound guidance, this will ensure uniformity across all of the state’s municipalities.”

In response to a ruling by a Waukesha Circuit Court Judge regarding absentee ballot curing,  RPW Chairman Paul Farrow issued the following statement.

“We are extremely pleased with the ruling of Judge Aprahamian that confirms what we have argued since 2020, that only the voter can fill in the missing information on an absentee ballot,” said Farrow. “This ruling cleans up the process, and if WEC puts aside political games by issuing sound guidance, this will ensure uniformity across all of the state’s municipalities.”
