Roll Out the Barrel! Brewers Players and Special Guests Take Over Beer Taps Throughout the Season

MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Brewers are rolling out Tap Takeovers every month this season, where fans will see Brewers players, alumni and special guests behind the bar serving up drinks and conversation. The fan favorite experience begins Saturday, May 11, at the First Base Ward Barrel Bar.

The starting lineup for the first Tap Takeover of the season features Brewers Alum Paul Wagner. Wagner will hop behind the bar on Saturday, May 11 from 4:40 – 5:10 p.m. at the First Base Ward Barrel Bar.

A Wisconsin native, Wagner pitched parts of eight seasons in the majors, including for the Brewers in 1997 and 1998. He also played for Pittsburgh (1992-97) and Cleveland (1999) during his big-league career.

Future Tap Takeovers are scheduled for June 14, July 27 and Aug. 10, with special guests to be announced at a later date.
