Robert L. Habush Named 2014 Best Lawyers® “Lawyer of the Year” in Milwaukee

Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ® attorney Robert L. Habush was recently selected as 2014 “Lawyer of the Year” for Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs in the Milwaukee area by Best Lawyers®. Best Lawyers® is the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession. Only one lawyer in each practice area and designated metropolitan area is honored as the “Lawyer of the Year.” Receiving this designation reflects the high level of respect a lawyer has earned among other leading lawyers in the same communities and the same practice areas for their abilities, professionalism and integrity. In addition to the Lawyer of the Year award, Mr. Habush was also listed in the 2014 Best Lawyers in America in Medical Malpractice Law – Plaintiffs and Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs.

Mr. Habush has been involved in some of the most significant jury awards in Wisconsin history. A number of his cases have helped transform safety practices in medicine, manufacturing and construction. The American Bar Association has recently published a biography about Mr. Habush, titled “Courtroom Avenger” and is written by Kurt Chandler.
