RFP Commercial Recent Transactions: Sales

School District of Hartford Jt. 1 purchased a 19,844 SF office building at 402 W. Sumner in Hartford.  Ned Purtell and Kate Hanson represented the Seller.

Zilber Property purchased a portfolio of 210,997 SF of industrial space located at 315 W. Edgerton Avenue, 4930, 4950, and 4960 S. 2nd Street and 4903-07 and 4965 S. Howell Avenue in Milwaukee.  Paul McBride and Ben Adank represented the Seller.

Rogers Memorial Hospital, Inc. purchased a 20,988 SF medical office building at 1205 Corporate Center Drive in Oconomowoc.  Ned Purtell and Kate Hanson represented the Seller.

Starla LLC purchased a 37,800 SF office building at 4041 N. 35th Street in Milwaukee.  Brett Deter and Joe Carollo represented the Seller.

ADE Properties purchased a 19,440 SF industrial building at 4950 S. 2nd Street in Milwaukee.  Ben Adank and Paul McBride represented the Seller.
