West Allis, WI – Today the RPMC is thrilled to announce that we will be partnering with the Republican Party of Waukesha County (RPWC) in hosting 4-term Congresswoman and 2020 Presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard, on Friday, June 7th. Tickets for this one-of-a-kind event can be purchased using the Eventbrite link that can be found on our website (mkegop.com) and our official Facebook page. RPMC Chairman Hilario Deleon released the following statement:

“With inflation and crime on the rise and increased global tensions, our Country finds itself at a crossroads. More and more people are finding themselves leaving the Democrat Party. Tulsi Gabbard is a combat veteran with three deployments to the Middle East and Africa. She currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves working as a Civil Affairs Officer.

Having experienced firsthand the true cost of war, Tulsi ran for the United States Congress at the age of 31, vowing to honor the lives and sacrifice of her brothers and sisters in uniform.

In 2020 she ran for President in the Democrat Party. Like others before her, in October 2022, Tulsi Gabbard announced she was leaving the Democrat Party and describes her decision in detail in her new book, For Love of Country: Leave the Democrat Party Behind.

Tulsi puts country before party and approaches every issue, domestic, and foreign, based on ensuring the safety, security, and freedom of the American people. In order to save our Republic, we must come together and build a coalition of common sense disaffected Liberals, Independents, Libertarians, and Republicans. As Chairman I look forward to welcoming Tulsi Gabbard to Wisconsin and encouraging others who feel the same way she feels; that it is time to Leave the Democrat Party Behind.”
