Representative LaKeshia Myers Mourns the Loss of Connecticut State Representative Quentin Williams
MADISON – Representative LaKeshia Myers (D-Milwaukee) issues the following statement regarding the passing of Connecticut State Representative Quentin Williams.
Myers said, “I was shocked and devastated when I read the news of Representative Williams’ passing. I had the pleasure of meeting ‘Q’ at an education conference a few years ago. We bonded instantly over our love of community and passion for education. Quentin’s smile was infectious and lit up any room. His quick wit, undisputed charm, and penchant for service is something I am certain will be missed by his family and his constituents. My sincerest condolences to his wife, Carrissa, family members, and to the people of Connecticut as you mourn the loss of such a wonderful servant leader.”
