Remembrance Rhythms: A Memorial Day Street Celebration

(Menomonee Falls, WI) Falls Memorial Fest- Presented by the Village of Menomonee Falls, will be taking place in Historic Menomonee Falls Downtown on Saturday, May 25, 2024.

Falls Memorial Fest is one of the largest attended events in Menomonee Falls, which occurs annually the Saturday before Memorial Day. Over the last eight years, this event has expanded from a one-day event located on Main Street to a two-day event spanning from Main Street down to the amazing Village Park.

[inartcilead]Falls Memorial Fest kicks off with a 5K run at Mill Pond Park, which is organized by Operation Finally Home WI (8am). Village Park will be host to a car show (10am-4pm), as well as a moving tribute to Veterans at the WWII Monument (10am-11am). This Tribute moves down to Main Street where the Opening Ceremony is held on the Water Street Stage.

Proceeding is the start of the Vendor Marketplace (11am-7pm), Art Fair (11am-5pm), YMCA Kids Fest (11am-4pm in Village Park), live music (11:30am-9pm), and the well-loved Knights of Columbus “Lucky Ducky Derby” (Duck drop at 3pm). The Love Monkeys will be closing the night with a FREE concert on the Water Street Stage (6pm-9pm).

The party continues on Sunday, May 26th for the Falls Memorial Fest Veterans Concert-presented by the Knights of Columbus 4240. This FREE concert located at the Milwaukee Tool Amphitheater in Village Park will feature Yachts Landing. Food and drinks start at 4pm. Music starts at 4:30pm with the Hartland Community Band.

The annual Memorial Day Parade will finish off the festivities on Monday, May 27th 10:00am on Main Street- Organized by the Menomonee Falls Parades Volunteer Committee. For more information about any of the Memorial Day events, please contact
