Wauwatosa, Wis. – Probst Law Offices has added three attorneys to its family law team, strengthening the service offerings and practice capabilities of the longtime Wauwatosa family law office.

Christina E. Balistreri, Imran S. Kurter and Kellen O’Brien bring diverse backgrounds and nearly two decades of combined experience to the family law practice of Probst Law Offices.

Christina E. Balistreri has practiced in the Milwaukee area since 2013, focusing on a wide range of family law matters, plus criminal cases and municipal ordinance and traffic violations.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Balistreri is admitted to the Wisconsin Bar and is a member of the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association. She holds B.A. degrees in political science and communication arts from UW-Madison.

Imran S. Kurter brings courtroom experience in family law, criminal law, personal injury, civil and disability cases, and estate and probate matters. He previously practiced with Kurter Law Offices, and has represented clients throughout southeastern Wisconsin and beyond.

Kurter graduated from the University of Illinois-Chicago John Marshall Law School, and earned B.A. degrees in history and comparative studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Kellen O’Brien comes to Probst Law Offices from Madden Legal Group, S.C., in West Bend, where he practiced family law with an emphasis on divorce and post-judgment disputes. He engaged business matters involving torts, construction, real estate and consumer issues.

O’Brien brings substantial courtroom experience, having represented clients in litigation, mediation and evidentiary hearings. His background includes civil and criminal cases.

Following graduation from the University of Colorado Law School, O’Brien worked as a law clerk in Milwaukee County Circuit Court and the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.

O’Brien holds a B.A. in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin, and is a former President of the Dodge County Bar Association.

Opened in 2015 by prominent family law attorney Jane E. Probst, Probst Law Offices has grown steadily by offering experienced representation in all areas of family law to clients in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington, Ozaukee and Racine counties.
