Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin Launches the New Quarterly Contraception Kit

Madison, Wis. – Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin (PPWI) is relaunching the Quarterly Contraception Kit (QCK), which provides fast, discreet and affordable access to birth control delivered straight to the patient’s door. Patients can make an appointment with a PPWI health care provider who is an expert in birth control at QCKkit.com.

“Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin’s QCK Program improves and expands access for patients across the State,” said PPWI President and CEO Tanya Atkinson. “From rural to suburban to urban environments, QCK is built to remove barriers to accessing birth control by delivering it straight to the doorsteps of our patients at low or no cost.”

Patients interested in QCK will speak with an expert provider to determine which birth control option is the best for them.  The QCK program offers a wide range of birth control methods, including birth control pills, patch, ring, or sub-Q depo self-injection.   Each kit will also include condoms, emergency contraception, and educational information regarding the patient’s contraceptive method of choice.

Patients enrolled in the BadgerCare+, Medicaid, and Family Planning Only Services programs can enroll in and receive the benefits of QCK at no cost to them. More information about where to sign up for these programs can be found at the QCK website. Self-pay patients are also eligible for low cost birth control through the QCK program.
