The Green Bay Packers signed LB Kristian Welch to the active roster from the practice squad, placed LB Nick Niemann on injured reserve and elevated DL Arron Mosby from the practice squad to the active roster for gameday. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transactions Saturday.

The Iola, Wis. native originally entered the league as an undrafted free agent and has played for the Baltimore Ravens (2020-22, 2024), Packers (2023) and Denver Broncos (2024), appearing in 72 regular-season games with two starts and recording 13 tackles (six solo) on defense and 27 tackles and a fumble recovery on special teams.
