MADISON, Wis. — One Wisconsin Now Executive Director Scot Ross released the following statements regarding the victory of Attorney General-Elect Josh Kaul:

“Congratulations to Attorney General-Elect Josh Kaul.

“Voters have sent the message they want an Attorney General fighting for them instead of doing the bidding of special interests. They want an Attorney General more interested in fighting crime than picking out swag and they want an Attorney General who will run an open and transparent Department of Justice.

“Finally, the people of Wisconsin have sent a message loud and clear that they want an Attorney General who believes in the right to vote, who believes in equality for every single person and who believes that law exists to protect the people from being preyed upon by the powerful.”
